INSTRUCTIONS TO THE AUTHORS
All papers will be published in the conference proceedings till September 17, 2006.
The completed papers of no more than 6 pages should be prepared using Word 7.0 for Windows (or higher version). Page Setup: Margins: Top - 2,5 cm; Bottom – 2,0 cm; Left - 3,1 cm; Right - 1,5 cm; Paper size: A4; Font - Times New Roman; Font style-Regular;Size 10.
The pages should not be numbered.
The paper’s title should be printed  using capital letters (Bold), size 11. It should be centered. Under the title in small letters size 10, the names of the authors must be written – scientific degree and title, initials of the name and surname, the full family name and the name of the organization they present.
After two blank lines short Abstract  must be printed, not exceeding 10 lines using the common formatting for the text, Italic, size10. On the next line the key words must be written - Italic, size10.
After one blank line the text of the paper should be printed. Tables, graphics and figures must be build into the text by the word processor. The text must be written under them, font size - 10, centered. Formulas should be created by WORD or should be built in the text like objects, numbered on the right.
After two blank lines REFERENCES must be written, using the original language, size10. Numbering by arabic figures by references’ standards.
